All Galam QA activities throughout the value chain conform to GMP requirements and comply with international standards for food product quality and safety such as HACCP, BRC, ISO and OHSAS. Our advanced central quality control laboratory works 24/7, performing rigorous testing for every raw material, intermediates, as well as all our finished products.
- Suppliers – all our suppliers must comply with the strictest food safety and quality requirements Galam is subjected to.
- Production - Our state-of-the-art laboratories work around-the-clock, governed by IPC (In-Process Controls) for process testing and control throughout production.
- Storage - Raw materials and finished goods are stored separately in full compliance with GMP requirements. We also perform internal audits to ensure all our stored goods meet the highest hygiene standards.
- Loading and shipping - every container is thoroughly inspected before and during loading by our trained loading inspector. Galam works with qualified forwarders only. We maintain an in-depth knowledge of international standards and environmental-friendly practices. Our integrated quality management system is frequently audited to ensure the relevance and effective implementation of all our policies.
